Still haven't received my order

Highly disappointed, still haven't received my order and after 2 emails sent to the main email, no one has reached back out to me. Will be taking this further.

Item arrived late as seller didn’t post in time. Item itself is over tightened and the clip is not user friendly. Poor communication from seller. Waste of time and money. Seller stopped responding completely when called out on a lie.

Previously purchased for my first and knew I wanted to get the dummy chains for my second baby, the quality is amazing and they look even better
